Aerial yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of gender, age, or experience level. While it is often perceived as a female-focused practice on social media, many men enjoy aerial yoga for its unique combination of strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness.
Aerial yoga can help improve: upper body and core strength; posture and spinal mobility; flexibility and balance; coordination and body control.
The hammock also provides support that can make certain stretches and movements more accessible than traditional mat-based exercises. You do not need to be flexible or have previous yoga experience to begin. Our classes are designed to support students as different levels and encourage each person to move at their own pace.
