Introduction
Welcome to Yogi Bear Yoga Studio! Here we provide some important guidelines and policies designed to help us maintain a safe, respectful, and well-organised community of students and teachers. These terms & Conditions clarify the rules that apply when you attend classes or use our services.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone. Please read these terms carefully before participating in any classes or purchasing memberships.
In-Studio Policy
The studio door will be locked at the scheduled class start time. Late entry is not permitted for the safety and experience of all clients.
Yogi Bear Yoga is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Clients are advised not to bring valuables.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at our discretion.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, illness, injury, or schedule changes.
All memberships and passes are non-transferable and non-shareable. If a transfer is exceptionally granted, a $50 admin fee applies.
Clients found sharing passes will have their membership/pass cancelled without refund.
Suspension of unlimited memberships is available for a minimum of 1 week and up to the term stated in the membership. Requests under 1 week will not be accepted.
Gift cards may be redeemed for services or products, but are not redeemable for cash.
Pricing may be reviewed and updated periodically.
By attending classes at our studio, you acknowledge all physical activity involves risk. Yogi Bear Yoga will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during classes. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own wellbeing.
Membership Terms:
Minimum Age for Participation is 16+
Clients must register with accurate personal information. Duplicate or false accounts will result in terminations.
Unlimited Membership (12-month contract):
$2,999 upfront or $66.30/week (52 weekly payments).
Membership includes unlimited regular yoga classes. Workshops and special events are not included.
Membership auto-renews unless cancelled in writing during the 1-month cooling-off window prior to the renewal.
Suspension available after 12 weeks of payment, in 7-day minimum blocks, with 48 hours notice. Up to 12 weeks of suspension allowed per year.
Early cancellation before completion of 52 weeks requires a buy-out of the remaining amount, minus a 20% discount.
Class Packs: Valid for set periods from purchase. Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not shareable.
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely via Momence, our third-party booking platform.
Late payments may incur a penalty fee and may result in account suspension until resolved.
Your data (name, contact details, payment info) is collected solely for service delivery and is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your data without your consent.

Not available except in extreme cases (e.g. injury or long-term travel) with documentation. May grant suspension instead of refund.
Late cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late Cancellations
Cancellation made within 5 hours of the Scheduled class start time are considered late cancellations.
For the class packs: the class credit will be deducted.
For Unlimited members : a $15 late cancellations fee will be applied (or as specified on your membership Terms)
For Private Class: a $50 late cancellations fee will be applied. Or class credit will be deducted.
No-Shows
Failing to cancel or not attending the class is considered a no-Show
For class pack holders: the class will be counted as attended, and the credit will be deducted.
For unlimited members: a $15 no-show fee will apply, the same as late cancellations.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of your booking privileges. These policies help us ensure fair access and consideration for all students and teachers.
Health & Wellness Policy
If you are unwell, please do not attend class, this includes any symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, or known exposure to Covid-19.
Mats and props are cleaned regularly, disinfectant sprays and hand sanitiser are provided.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying signs of illness.
Staff and clients are expected to uphold high hygiene standards.
Staff Policy
Staff on regularly scheduled classes may be subject to change at any notice
We are working to reduce staff to "as needed" shifts and to eliminate the cross over contact periods
Staff will be sent home with any symptoms of runny nose, fever, head ache, chest cough, dry cough
We expect all our staff and clients to act responsibly and not attend class if they are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone they know has been detected with COVID-19
All staff will refrain from personal contact of any type and respect your personal space.
Liability Waiver & Risk Disclosure
By attending classes at Yogi Bear Yoga, you acknowledge that yoga and aerial yoga involve physical activity and inherent risk. You agree to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for any injuries or health conditions sustained during classes or on the premises. Yogi Bear Yoga and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
