With over seven years of teaching experience—including time at one of Melbourne’s most respected studios, Little Mandarin Yoga—I’ve guided hundreds of students on their journey through movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery. My passion for yoga evolved into something even more transformative when I began teaching aerial yoga. It was a whole new experience: playful yet powerful, grounded yet uplifting.
