1. Where is your studio located?
We’re located in the heart of Melbourne at Level 2, Rear 178 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD, just a short walk from Flinders Street Station and accessible by tram and bus.
2. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking your spot in advance as class sizes are limited, especially for Aerial Yoga. Head over our Class Schedule page to discover what’s on.
3. What’s the difference between Aerial Yoga and Mat Yoga?
Aerial Yoga involves using a suspended hammock to support your body during poses, helping with alignment, decompression, and fun inversions.
Mat Yoga is practiced on the ground using a yoga mat and includes a range of styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.
For First-Timers
4. I’m new to yoga – can I still join?
Absolutely! Both beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. We offer Air Base- Beginner classes for Aerial Yoga and Yoga Alignment for Mat Yoga classes tailored for those just starting out.
5. What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable, fitted clothing that lets you move freely. For Aerial Yoga, please avoid clothing with zips, sharp accessories, or anything that could damage the hammocks. Long nails are also not advised, as they may cause injury.
6. Do I need to bring anything?
We provide yoga mats, aerial hammocks, and props. However, you’re welcome to bring your own hammock, mat or towel if preferred. Don’t forget a water bottle!
7. Is there an age or weight limit for Aerial Yoga?
Our Aerial Yoga classes are suitable for ages 16 and up. Weight capacity for our hammocks is up to 150 kg. If you have any specific health concerns, please consult your doctor before attending.
Class Logistics
8. How early should I arrive before class?
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class to check in and get settled, especially if it’s your first visit.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 7 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. This helps us manage class sizes and waitlists.
10. Do you offer private sessions or group bookings?
Yes! We offer private one-on-one sessions, duet sessions, and group bookings for special events or team building. Please contact us directly to arrange.
Health & Safety
11. Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from participating in Aerial Yoga?
Aerial Yoga is not recommended for individuals with glaucoma, recent surgery, high blood pressure, or pregnancy. If in doubt, consult your doctor before attending.
12. What safety measures are in place for Aerial Yoga?
Our hammocks are professionally installed, weight-tested, and regularly maintained. Instructors are trained in proper rigging and student safety.

13. Do you have changerooms?
Yes! We have changerooms available for your convenience.
14. Is there parking nearby?
Street parking is limited, but there are several secure parking garages nearby. We recommend using public transport where possible due to our central location.
