Aerial Yoga
Air Base- Beginner
Focus on foundations, safety, confidence. You will learn hammock basics, grounded poses and gentle lifts. Follow with alignment and breath awareness.
Air Flow - Intermediate
Focus on graceful transitions, strength, flow. Combine with dynamic aerial sequences, deeper inversions and balance with breath-led movement.
Air Advanced - Aerial Series
Focus on mastery, artistry and expression. You’ll learn advanced transitions and pose, work on core strength in creative movement. Follow with inverted sequences and air awareness.
Low Silk - Core in the Air
Build strength, stability, and confidence in this grounding aerial yoga class using knee-height silks. With the hammock set closer to the floor, you’ll explore yoga-inspired sequences designed to activate your core, improve postural alignment, and support mindful movement
Mat Yoga
Yoga Alignment
Build strength and precision through posture. A foundational class focusing on proper alignment in each pose, ideal for those wanting to build a strong, safe and intelligent yoga practice. Expect slow, mindful transitions and use of props for support and awareness.
Empower Flow
Strong, steady, and up-lifting. This dynamic Vinyasa-style class combines breath with movement, building strength, balance and inner confidence. Aimed at students with some experience, but variations are offered for different levels.
Yoga Yin - Restore
A calming class that blends gentle stretching, restorative poses, and breath work. This flow focus on shoulder & neck, or hips & lower back liberation by using yoga props. Perfect for unwinding, managing stress, and reconnecting to your body and breath.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic yoga class where breath and movement are linked through a smooth sequence of postures, creating steady rhythm and warmth in the body. You’ll explore fluid transitions, mindful alignment and creative sequencing to build both strength and flexibility. Ideal for students with some yoga experience who enjoy moving at a steady pace and want to feel balanced, focused and refreshed after class.
Workshops
Ground to Air - Basic
This workshop offers a safe, structured introduction to hammock-based movement and supported yoga postures. Yogis will explore foundational techniques, gentle inversions, and basic aerial flows, concluding with a restorative shavasana in the hammock. Emphasis is placed on safety, body awareness, and building confidence in a supportive environment.
Aerial Series - Medium to Advanced
Find your rhythm, this class blends fluid sequences with deeper alignment, helping you transition gracefully between poses while building strength, control, and aerial creativity. Designed for members who are confident in foundational inversions and basic wraps, this session will drive deeper into strength-based transitions, creative sequencing, and aerial control.
Yoga Alignment - all yogis
To refine your practice by focusing on the foundations of posture, technique, and body awareness. Through slow, detailed guidance, you’ll break down essential yoga asanas, understand alignment principles, and discover how to safely work with your own unique body structure. Perfect for anyone curious about why we align the way we do.
