Strong, steady, and up-lifting. This dynamic Vinyasa-style class combines breath with movement, building strength, balance and inner confidence. 

Aimed at students with some experience, but variations are offered for different levels.

Yoga Yin - Restore

A calming class that blends gentle stretching, restorative poses, and breath work.

This flow focus on shoulder & neck, or hips & lower back liberation by using yoga props. Perfect for unwinding, managing stress, and reconnecting to your body and breath.
